Is WorkPaisa free for job seekers?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching and applying to jobs and going live with Hire Me LIVE are free. Premium adds unlimited applications, a profile boost and profile-view insights.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or change your billing cycle at any time from Plans and Billing. Changes apply from the next billing date, and upgrades are pro-rated.
Are job-platform plans and WorkPaisa Tasks fees the same?
No. Job seeker and employer plans cover hiring features. WorkPaisa Tasks charges a small service fee per payment and a commission on professional payouts — there is no subscription required to post a task.
Is GST included in the prices?
Yes. Prices and fees include 18% GST. A GST-compliant invoice showing the tax amount is generated for every payment and listed in your billing history.
How do I cancel my plan?
Go to Plans and Billing and choose Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.
What are refunds based on?
Subscription refunds follow our Refund Policy. Task advances held in escrow are refunded according to the Escrow Policy if work does not start or a dispute is decided in your favour.
