How do I sign in?
Enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number and the 6-digit OTP we send by SMS. The OTP is valid for 5 minutes. You can request a new one after 30 seconds.
Can I be a job seeker and an employer on one account?
Yes. One account can hold several roles — job seeker, employer, task client and professional. Switch between them from the role menu in your dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Any money in your wallet must be withdrawn and open contracts closed first. Some records are kept for legal and tax reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Is WorkPaisa free for job seekers?
Yes. Searching, applying and going LIVE are free. Never pay anyone who promises you a job.
How does Hire Me LIVE work?
Choose the roles you want, your area and how long to stay LIVE. Listings end automatically and are hidden if you're inactive for 72 hours.
How do I track my applications?
Open Dashboard → Applications. You'll see when an employer views, shortlists or invites you to an interview.

How do I post a job?
Sign in, create your company, then choose Post a job. Fill in the role, salary, shift and requirements, preview and publish.
Why is my job pending review?
Some jobs are checked by our team before they go live — for example first jobs from new companies. You'll get a notification as soon as the review is done.
How do candidate unlocks work?
Each plan includes a monthly number of contact unlocks. Unlocking shows a candidate's phone and email if they allow contact, and is recorded on their profile.

When do I see the professional's phone number?
After you accept a bid and the advance payment is confirmed. The advance is 25% of the agreed amount (minimum ₹99) for local tasks, or the first milestone for online tasks.
When is the professional paid?
Money is held securely and released when you approve the work. If you don't respond within 5 days of delivery, the milestone is released automatically.
How many tasks can I post for free?
3 every month. Extra posts cost ₹49 each.

Which payment methods are supported?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our licensed payment partners. WorkPaisa never stores your card details.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Add a bank account or UPI ID in Wallet → Payout methods, then request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed on working days.
How do refunds work?
Request a refund from Wallet → Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timelines.

Someone asked me to pay for a job. What should I do?
Don't pay. Report the job or profile immediately using the Report option. Genuine employers never charge job seekers.
How do I report a user?
Use Report on any job, task, profile or message, or fill in the report form in the Help Centre.
